The roadway travels north from NY 78 for 4/10th of a mile and travels east until an intersection with Woods Rd., where the roadway turns and travels south for 7/10th of a mile until turning east again. Route 385 continues until the Wyoming County Line where it ends as well as the road name, and Bloecher Road takes over into Wyoming County.

From there Route 402 travels east 2.8 miles (4.5 km) to an end at CR 355 (East Blood Rd.). Former New York State Route 358 overlapped Route 402 from its west end where it would follow eastbound Liberia Road to the intersection of Four Rod Road, where it would continue south, until it ended at US 20A in the Town of Wales. The NY 358 designation was removed in April 1984

County Route 409 is an east–west route in the Town of Sardinia and shortly in the Town of Concord, named Genesee Road. Route 409 begins at its west end at an intersection in the hamlet of East Concord with NY 240/CR 198, CR 27, CR 432, and Genesee's continuation west as CR 49. Route 409 travels west through the south central part of town, and intersects busy north–south route 16 in the hamlet of Chaffee. Route 409 then continues east to the Wyoming County Line where the route ends, but Genesee Road continues.

Genesee Road is 32 miles (51 km) long and stretches from Quaker Street (CR 498) in North Collins to New York State Route 39 in the town of Eagle in Wyoming County. The portion of the highway in Erie County consists of three county routes: CR 73 (7.7 miles or 12.4 kilometres) from CR 498 to the intersection of Wyandale (CR 50) and Mortons Corners – Wyandale Roads (CR 106), CR 49 (6.4 miles or 10.3 kilometres) from there to New York State Route 240, and CR 409.

County Route 410 is an east–west Route named Middle Road that runs through the towns of Concord and Sardinia. Route 410 begins its west end at an intersection with CR 228 (Springville-Boston Rd.). The roadway named Middle Road continues westward past the intersection to Transit Line Road, however it is maintained locally. As route 410 travels east through the southeast portion of Concord, just north of Springville, it intersects NY 240/CR 198 (Vaughan St.) at 1.6 miles (2.6 km). Middle Road continues eastward entering the Town of Sardinia and keeping an east track until its end at NY 39 (Springville-Sardinia Hwy.) just southwest of the hamlet of Sardinia, which is located within the larger town of Sardinia.
